Pay To Play (CinqTroisDecaLa Rhyme)

by Jenni Marie   Jun 14, 2007

Saw red when I came home to discover you with her
Words truly escaped me, all I could do was stand there and stare
Claimed love for me, didn't take long for you to fall into bed
All this time you were sleeping with her and messing with my head
Kicking myself for believing anything you had to say
Now having no idea why I listened to you each day
Thought I was a pushover, well by now you had better pray
Anger is building each second, this rage is to much to bare
By the time I am finished, it's seeing me you'll come to dread
Revenge is on it's way, you forgot you have to pay to play

CinqTroisDecaLa Rhyme-Consists of 10 lines each with 15 syllables. Rhyme scheme is aabbcccabc

I liked the poetry form here and It was well captured...The story within was so touching and sad..And I think at the first line if you use see or something like that instead of discover,it would be perfect
    Other than that
    Beatifully penned,
    Laura
