where you'll cross my mind
thinking about how things use to be
and how you just left me
I'll grow to become stronger
and won't get myself this hurt
because my walls are thicker than ever
and I've learned there is not a forever
but I can't help of thinking
who your with what your doing
if you think of me too
and if you really meant "I love you"
was it wasted time
when you were mine
love is just for fools
who play by the rules
and give themselves completely
knowing one day someone will leave
but in the end your left with pain
and extra hope you need to regain
it's part of life's circle
that you keep repeating
love takes you for a whorl
give you the feeling your needing
and then it's done and over
I'll miss what we had
and how you made me feel
the cute things you said
and everything that was revealed
but I don't miss who you've become
and how you think you've won
but I'll learn from all this
and soon it will be me that you miss
