Life *Sonnet*

Why do we fill lives with hypocrisy,
Even in family it's plain to see thee.
Flowing free like through the Monocacy,
The wind blowing into the willow tree
Never knowing the true reality,
Seeing the rainbow without the treasures
Mentality goes with morality
Trust and love are what I call good pleasures
Amazingly people's minds seem to change;
Stay the same and then go on back to mend
No one knows why life can take that odd range
The road twists' and turns hoping for an end
When all you can do is think for the best,
To sit there and wish for the treasure chest.
