Nobody Cares

Nobody Cares

She watches the clock tick hour by hour

She bleeds in the bed and shes killing the flowers

The courage she had, lost with the gun

Theres nowhere to hide and shes too weak to run

The flame of the candle flickers ands done

Tonight the hands stay frozen at one

This tragic affair haunted by dead

Seeds they planted twice in her head

One for the angels and one for the blessed

The girls with the colors who spit on her dress

Blackened by heartache and the darkness she wears

Shes not getting over Nobody Cares

Influenced by murder and taught by the pain

Losing the battle and drowning in the rain

Hopeless desires are cut with her wrists

Moaning and groaning her soul the ghosts miss

Murder. She wrote on the palm of her hand

Dripping with poison shes drunk and cant stand

Lightning is striking and thunder cracks

Voices that told her shes not coming back

Slipping and falling with rain on the door

Its all over when you die on the floor

As rain mixes with blood and tears in the air

Again and again you hear Nobody Cares

She watches the clock tick hour by hour

Again in the bed and goodbye to the flowers

The hope she once had, shot out the gun

Theres nowhere to hide and shes too weak to run
