Slow down, The cops are near.
Speed up, You're in the clear.

Okay so this is in the patriotic section, because I know this occurs in Australia, but I'm not sure if it happens in other countries. Whenever I see it though, makes me feel so proud =D
This poem is referring to when oncoming traffic flick their lights on and off at you, notifying you of police up ahead. Truly mateship.
