Discrimination

by brooke christina   Jun 15, 2007

Descrimination is what lets us down
people endlessly judging
not getting to know each other
normality to their keeping

has it ever occured to anyone
we are all made the same
our hearts beat as one
no matter from which land we came

it angers me inside
to think of what they say
before our time of equility
hurtful everyday

we now live in society
living all together
so why do they keep talking
through sunny and stormy weather

what will we teach our children
when they start to grow
will they know what's right or wrong
and when to say no

i must stress to the point of no end
our world is slowly dieing
no one is kind anymore
all hate and no loving

    Loved it!
Our world now practicly lives off hate. We only look out for ourselves nothing else matters in our world. racism, hate and discrimination reigns in our lands. It is a sad path the world has chosen to take. 5/5

I share your views and completely agree with what your saying in this poem. It is just so pathetic to see how judgemental we are towards eachother because of the colour of our skin. Racism bleeds in society. Just one suggestion, change the spelling to "Discrimination" and the poem will be even more amazing then it already is.

    Take Care:)
