Lonely Heart [Acrostic]

by Boy   Jun 16, 2007

Lasting love is burning in flame
Only some breathes remain
No one will understand this pain
Every tear looks like a heavy rain
Loneliness hurting inside my brain
Your few past memories give me blame

Happiness is going away from my life
Emotions hurt inside like a sharp knife
All the nights are spending in this strange fight
Remaining part of my story is becoming hiding
This voice of lonely heart is going for suicide

Beautiful poem by you BUT I think you are wrong when you think others won't understand your pain. The feeling of grieve over losing a beloved one is universal.

    take care, my friend

Another excellent poem of yours. I like both stanzas very much. You wrote this piece excellently. Ending is great. You described emotions amazingly. 5/5

I really liked this, but at the same time, the fact that most of the piece rhymed and then didn't at the end threw me off.
I loved the metaphor you used in this piece, it added to the effect very nicely.

I was fairly disenchanted by the poem's ending; it wasn't as strong as the others. Nevertheless, I do believe that you've written a fine piece of work in regards to Love. In fact, the emotions emanated by your words made this poem spectacular and delightful to read as well. Nicely done!

    Best wishes,
