Push

by The Black Angel Lloyd Rose   Jun 16, 2007

You push and push until I break,
I've had all that I can take
Owe an apology? I think not.
All you've done, I've not forgot.

You push and push until I break,
You are making a deadly mistake.
Reprocussions without remorse,
It's all your fault; you chose this course.

You push and push until I break.
Same mistakes continued to make.
Sorry to say but, think you should know,
That everyone reaps what they sow.

I do like the repetition. It works well with this piece. It flows well and I like the words. I kinda like the first stanza cuz it asks a questions that's answered without dancing around the issue. It's kinda intense with a powerful way of wording that makes it a captivating read.
