You'll never learn to love
If you don't take the chance
And if you never learn to walk
Then you'll never learn to dance.

If you never learn to love
Then you'll never truly live
It's the only part of you
That you can never truly give.

If you don't know how to love
Even when you feel the time's right
Then you'll fall
Like a little bird struggling to fly.

Learn to love before you're old
And ugly at that
Otherwise you'll be too wrinkly
Too tired and too fat.

Learn to love before your life is over
Go on and accept that dance
Because in time you'll have to learn
That there's no such thing as a second chance.
