The Ritual

by Mr M   Jun 17, 2007

As our eyes find their secret smiles,
Little golden thoughts of love
Make us drench our tongues.
You let go of your resistance,
Inviting me to forget my hesitation,
Until the cool chirping morning
Becomes our time to leave.
This is the ritual of love.
