Colourless

by Romancing the Darker Side   Jun 17, 2007

If her mascara were red
She's have bloodstaind cheeks
Instead of porclain skin
She'd be crimson and fragile

If her tears were black
Her tissues would look like soot
Fallen from a chimney
That echoes out pain

If her love were real
She would be happy by now
Instead of falling forever
From broken hearts

If her blood were crystal
No one would see her pain
Her razor would appear clean
And her bandages still white

If her scars were invisible
Nobody would stare
At her small, fragile wrists
That are gashed with maroon

If her life were painless
She'd be one of the living now
Instead of in a world
Where everything is colourless
