Everything I write,
Comes from within,
This is a battle,
I know I can never win.

To fight this feeling,
I feel in my heart,
It's eating me up inside,
It's tearing me apart.

My tears fall onto the pages,
I always hide them,
Hide them because of the fear,
The fear that someone will see.

Everything I feel,
All the pain I hide,
I keep it all locked up,
I keep it all inside.

People never see it,
I never let it show,
Most wouldn't believe it,
No-one can ever know.
