All She Wrote

by CHOKE   Jun 18, 2007

She pulls out a pen
She begins to write
She spills out her feelings
Justifying every angel in the light

She begins to weep
Covers her face
Tears fall,
covering every page

She can't find herself
She can't explain it
No one will take her as she is
She's just not enough, but she can't help it

She's crushed
And she's feeling down
She's lost
And she'll never be found

She writes,
"Forgive me"
Then she takes a gun
She shoots, and sets her heart free

You find the pages
You read all she wrote
You scream and cry
You'll never forget the words she spoke

It has an emotional aspect that plays out through the wording. Though it doesn't flow smoothly it does have this appeal to the emotions. It's kinda...dark and sad mingled together. I like the last stanza cuz it's directed to someone about the actions of the other that kinda leads to setting the 'heart free'.
