Aweh, this is a sad one. But you did a very good job with it, like anything else is to be expected from you, though. Your word choice was awesome and you told the story good, however...

"A concrete angel rest where he body now lay," ... Change 'he' to 'his'

"as the rain falls like the tears from there eyes." ... Change 'there' to 'their'

Other than that, it was flawless, Dear. I really hate nagging about those things when I leave comments for you because I know that your work is really good I just don't want people downrating for those things! I used to get that sometimes and it bothered me, lol.

Superb poem, the flow was good and it showed some good emotions. I like the way you ended it, repeating a stanza from before. Poeple mostly repeat the first stanza at the end but did it differenly and it came out nicely, good job.

My favourite topics are those about the stupidity and pointlessnes of war... You bring forth a good message here ... Also your rhyming and structures are to my liking..

Let us hope that others see war like we do =)

This is heartfelt. Recently a young man my sister went to school with since 3rd grade was killed by a roadside bomb in Iraq. A senseless tragedy. Excellent job on the poem!
