Contemplating the fall.

It's hard to believe
What he was able to achieve
He changed us completely
So far off from what God made us to be
It's difficult to realize the full extent
Of what our fall has meant
For each and everyone of us
Living the curse
Can i really blame Adam and Eve
For being so naive
Believing in satan's lies
Greed for God's power obscuring their eyes
Had we been in their situation
What certainty can we have that we wouldn't have made the same decision
Satan is the real culpit of it all
Causing our unfortunate fall
The pureness of God's creation
Soiled with the Devil's machination.
