How endearing. The subject's sensitivity and impulsiveness was indeed apparent throughout the written material. Its fear of pain and sorrow, based on a past experience, wrought its detachment from the world. Yet the concluding stanza was paradoxical to the other stanzas, for it gave me an impression of someone longing to be unrestricted and hoping to love and be loved. It's a beautiful piece, nonetheless. Thanks so much for sharing. ~Marian
