Onesided Friendship

by Lonely Little Dreamer   Jun 20, 2007

Once friends now nothing.
One side fighting.
The other not caring.
Tears falling all around.

How long can the one fight.
How long can the other ignore.
Who will push the other into submission.
Who will end the one sided war.

After months of being uncared for.
The fighter walks away.
Still looks back hoping.
But the other is far away.

Uncaring friend.
I tried to the very end.
Though our friendship was one sided.
That one side cared as if it were whole.
