Teenage Trainwreck

Beautiful Disaster

She never wanted to feel this way.

She's no drama queen
yet almost at seventeen
for one so young, shes just so tired.

Whenever love comes, it feels too late
and hates the sound that goodbyes make
You watch her life flying by...
But oh, shes so lonely inside.

To her theres just no difference
between the insults and compliments
What does it matter, if everyone leaves her
Always praying, to find someone who needs her.

Though she'll never admit
the seams are unraveling a bit
She can't always be put together
but can never seem to keep it together
when her path ahead seems so wide,
She just keeps going as she cries.

It seems that no matter
how many friends surround her
She still always feels alone
And she never wants to go home.
She gives the boys what they want
Trying to ignore the guilt that haunts
Her dreams...

Oh but she would change everything
just for a chance for happy-ever-after
But shes so wrecked up she can't see
The cause of her ways, a beautiful disaster.
So she just cries...

Shes running a thousand miles
in the wrong direction...
Everyday on her face, a broken smile
without caring arms for protection
oh if only some one would love her for a while....

Don't worry... you'll be okay someday. And I know that there is someone out there to give you a happy-ever-after... I promise.
