Withering Rose

by Mandy   Jun 20, 2007

Not a smile on her face
She feels so alone
No friends to talk to
To the world, she's unknown.

No one who goes through
The same things that she does
Not knowing who she is
Never knowing who she was.

No one who ever wondered
What's hidden under her clothes
Or the fact that inside
She's just a withering rose.

A beautiful body
Covered in bruises
No one asks questions
So she's through with excuses.

Still searching for answers
And the purpose of her life
But never really expecting
To be best friends with a knife.

* i wrote this last night.it's not the best. but plz rate and comment. i would really appreciate it. and i will return the favor.
