I now know what love is....

I now know what love is ,
you can't explain it cos its a feeling like no other.
Its missing someone when they're not there ,
the strong desire of wanting to be with one another.
Thinking of that one and only person all day ,
and wondering it they're thinking about you too.
Longing so much to be touched by them ,
and to hold them is all you want to do.
Every second you get to see them ,
is a second better than the one before.
The time together you never want to end ,
they are the one and only you adore.
Yes I do now know what love is ,
only trouble is it's come too late.
For I have my kids and a partner ,
this love I have is for a work mate.
Some will say my love is a crime ,
and many will think bad of me.
I'm only human and can't help how I feel ,
how much I hate myself over this you can't see.
