New Paths*

by Anthony   Jun 20, 2007

Nothing left, but to scream in the darkness.
Scream forever, no one is there to here you.
Leave this place bleeding.
Nobody has the time to hear the cries and pleas.

From his brain leaks thoughts written on paper
Everlasting words, never dying, breaking through time.

In her heart she knows this is were she belongs.
She just wants new ground, to search and find now friendlier faces.
Believing in unknown races, lost worlds, lost people.
Finding new roads, a new home.

Finds new people, some opposite paths of her own.
Including this man she does not quite understand
but follows him in love and trust.

Heads full of knowledge and fresh ideas set together
in a lonely darkened hallway.
There brains leaking of creative ideas.
New found lovers joined forever.

*Note:When I first wrote this I thought that the first stanza was to be a different poem. When I wrote it I also wrote another part of a poem. Then when I went back I realized that this was the hole poem and their was also a separate piece that was not finished.*

So powerful, I loved it yet so mysterious and dark, evil in a way, but I like it
