You are always on my mind
Whether it be morning, day or night you are there
Every sight of you sends chills down my spine
Every look you give my heart starts racing
Every touch makes goosebumps rise from my skin
With every smile my legs grow weak
And with every laugh my mind goes crazy
But even after you cause all this
I am still left alone
Wanting more
Needing more
But only to be left with less
I want to feel your hand in mine
I long to the feel the softness of your lips as they touch my own
I need to feel your arms around me as if to never let go
But then I realize it'll never happen
Everything I want, need, or long to have will only happen in my dreams
And beacause that I dread getting out of bed
And leaving the happiness of my dreams
But I know I have to
So now every night before meeting you in my dreams
I will wish upon the brightest star and pray to God one day you and I will be more than just a dream
