Perdition

by Fellow Whos Fell Low In Love   Jun 21, 2007

Ego Sum Damno
Cursed by nightmares within cryptic dreams;
Dreams inked in nightmarish reality,
Sonorously vociferant with forgotten screams,
From an intangible, elapsed memory.

Ego Sum Verum Peto
Dreams unfold within subconscious,
Unlocking a mind partitioned,
To retrospections hardly elicitous,
Yet imperceptibly renditioned.

Ego Sum Erus Terrigenus
These visions of torment transform,
Transmuted to phantoms less ethereal,
Pain rips through my soul and form,
I come to realize that they are real.

Ego Sum Spiritus Addo
Inner voice silent in my solitude,
Which is not loneliness, for them,
The spirits of the dead who stood,
In life before and after me, are again.

Ego Sum Mandatum
Pre-born, and soaked in blood of prophecy,
A perfect union of the Lines of Pentagra,
Did the Sanctimonialis Ablucis foresee,
In the exploit of their Missionaria Protectiva.

Your use of words can be terrifying to read, sometimes, but what you are conveying is wonderful, and for me personally, your vocabulary is so extensive that it creates the correct ambience for the style with which you write. Well done. 5/5. xx
