Fade Away

by Robin   Jun 21, 2007

When the day is fading,

Darkness falling down,

My life is decaying,

Death approaching all around.

With every second passing,

I feel my heart beat slower,

My own mind I'm harrassing,

As I sense my breath sink lower.

My mind starts to wander,

Searching for an alternative,

I continue to ponder,

Wondering how much longer I'll live.

I can't think of a reason,

Why I should wait another day,

Hours feeling long as seasons,

Eventually I'll fade away.

I wish I could apologize to All

the people and everything I betrayed.

But the more I try to hold on,

The faster I just fade away.
