You brought a smile so clear and bright
you made me feel like a feather so light.
The storms of time you took right away
darkness turned to a bright summers day.

Some may laugh and be very amused
wondering how and be very confused
How feelings quickly for some occur
but in my heart feelings you did stir.

Maybe in a previous life we did meet
where you just swept me off my feet.
A time now long past in the days of old
ladies were true and knights were bold.

Destined to be as then we are this day
feelings honest and true we will display.
You searched and eventually you found
a circle you travelled completely round.

Love worked its magic and neither knew
but when we did our minds it blew.
Love cannot be forced or ever contrived
now I am happy since the day you arrived.
