How I Feel

by Nathan Turner   Jun 21, 2007

The way I'm feeling now I just want to see you, hold you, kiss you. I know I can't now, I doubt I ever will again, I'm sorry I caused you such unintentional pain.

Sometimes late at night I rest my head upon my pillow and all those great memories rush back.

I wish I could conceal them in an eternal sack, never to be released into my thought stream. Why are we like we are? We used to make a great team.

When we went our separate ways I just wanted to cut and cut and cut, but for some reason I resisted cutting a lot and only did it when I was too down to think straight, I will always remember our first date.

The way you walked up to me and hugged me and the way that we kissed under that tree and the way we got lost but then we were lost together, now I am lost without you forever.

I like that you aren't afraid to let the readers know your grief, but I would make it a bit more flowing. Overall I really liked it. :)

Very true emotions layed out for all to see. Each thought is a pain but also a badge that will lend itself to better days ahead. Keep trucking man and may you find peace. Nice words - don't let your pen sleep for long.

Wow, its such a nice theme, I can really understand why you feel the way you do. My only criticism is that it goes so fast because there arent any designated pauses where the reader can reflect before they go on.
