The Sea

by Don Winslow   Jun 22, 2007

Alluringly mesmorizing is the sea;
A grand display of symmetry supreme.

A splash of the divine;
Blanketing life submerged.

A luminous glow, a glimmer of
hope for you and me.

Such sweet scintillation is the sea;
The sea in silenced blue hue.

Bathed in twilight,
by moonlit descent.

In all its wondrous splendor;
Its diaphanous glow.

Settling upon these
Frigid waters

The sea has found me
in its frothy wake.

Have you ever noticed
how alluring is the sea?
