To you I'm alive
If only you knew I was dead inside
My secrets are out
And I've got no place to hide
Pretending to be
Something that's not me
Just to fit
Into this happy family

I'm always the outcast
No matter where I go
Some say the pain won't last
If only they could know
These tears that stain
every time I cry
A piece of me fades away
Until nothings left and I die.

I tried my best
To be like the rest
But I can't
I keep holding on
And now I can't forget
All you see is this smiling face
I wish you could see
These tears that stain.
