Madison and Aaron

by TRAGiC BEAUTY   Jun 22, 2007

Madison, you were a baby
You were but 6 years old
You had no time to live your life
No story to be told

Aaron you were amazing
You touched so many lives
It's not fair how you went so early
Leaving your babies and your wife

Madison, we're all missing you a lot
Aaron, are you holding her up there?
Losing both of you was hard on this family
It happened so fast, we had no time to prepare

Missing you has become a daily thing
Our family will be grieving forever
I've cried more these past weeks than in my whole life
Just know, one day we'll again be together

Are you two looking down on me?
Do I make you proud?
Are you smiling down on me
While you're up above the clouds?

(This poem is dedicated to Madison & Aaron Plain. They were my cousins. Aaron got stabbed at a gas station on April 28, 2007. And Madison got into a car accident with 5 other members of her family on May 13, 2007. She was the only one that passed away. It is believed that Madison died instantly. I miss them everyday and I can't believe they're both gone.)
