Summer Time

by luv Shelbz luv   Jun 22, 2007

Flip flops and painted toes
Lying in the sun and ponytails
Cut off jeans and "Koolaid"
Ankle bracelets and string bikinis
Road trips and vacations
Summer flings and hook-ups by the dozen
All nighters with TV
Lots of late nights catching fireflies
The ice cream man returns
Rocking out to music with him and
Sleepovers to parties
Friends hanging out and just being there
Shopping sprees from your job
Skating, pool parties, and star gazing
Wishing on a night star
Summer flicks and magazine reading
Midnight snacks and cook-outs
Hula lous(can't spell sorry) and carnival nights
A ferris wheel romance
And crickets singing in the back ground
Memories brought back
From summers past and even before
Then as soon as it's fun
It ends and you are in school again
