It's All True

by xoxShorteexox   Jun 23, 2007

Everything I say you can think is a lie,
every heartache I've felt you can say is one too,
every pain I've suffered; every problem I've endured,
yet I'll know deep down; it's all true.

Being put down you can choose not to believe too,
every drawing I've done; every photograph of me,
you can choose to believe something different,
yet I'll know deep down; it's all my own work.

Every line I write; every poem I put on here,
you can choose to say that's not mine,
everything that's come true, you don't have to believe,
yet I'll know deep down; it's all true.

Every scar I have; every pain I ache,
you can say isn't real; you can say it's a lie,
everything I hate about myself; you can hate too,
yet I'll know deep down; it's all true.

Each time I've been yelled at; each word I've been told,
you can say those are all lies; you can say that's not true,
every hell I've faced; you may not believe,
yet I'll know deep down; it's all true.
