My Heart Will Break In Two

My mind is swirling in pain
My heart completely shattered
Tears running like a river
Emotions left bruised and battered

Trying to put my heart back together
Each time cutting myself on the shards
Inner pain taunting me cruelly
My feelings you just disregard

trying to stop tears falling
Always, to no avail
Eyes now red and swollen
My entire face is pale

Once said if you left me
Don't know what I'd do
Well now I know the answer
'My heart will break in two.'

    This poem was so sad,heart breaking deep and emotional.I can relate to it very well.Each stanza was very well written.I especially like the last stanza it was really heart breaking.The rhyming was good enough and the flow was even better.This poem really spoke to me.It was really touching.The moment I finished reading it I felt like reading it over and over again!!!It was really a beautiful and penned poem!!!
    Very well done in this piece!!
