Phantom of Love

by Rose Noble   Jun 23, 2007

Fall apart in front of me,
Keep yourself steady on your knee.
You really thought you had it all.
But now I'm going to make you fall.

I send tingles through your spine,
Through my eyes, it really shines.
I am the phantom of love.
And I send you down with my shove.

I turn around and kiss you,
You thought it was something new.
But now at last you know,
I am your greatest foe.

At first you desired me,
When you smiled it was filled with glee,
I know what I have done.
But the love in me is gone.

You should know I just tease.
I'm flirting when I fiddle with my keys,
When you walk me to my door,
You just think I want more.

I don't feel good about it.
My heart hasn't been lit.
Love for me doesn't happen.
So just wipe away those tears with a napkin.

*~No, I don't do this. It's just something I had an idea on. Everyone writes about how they were hurt, so I thought I would change it up with how I hurt people. =D~*
