I let the moment pass

How stupid could i be,
that I'd let that moment pass through,
a moment that maybe could have made us.

I let a moment that could have been so special,
pass with out anything at all happening,
i was so stupid,
i didn't even make a move.

You made all the right moves,
and i know that just like you,
i know what we wanted to do.

We both had that same moment in mind,
that very moment,
at that very time.

so how stupid was i...
to let that moment go by,
i moment that we almost had,
a moment that almost forever could have last.
