Stupidity

Lost in the crowd, searching for air,
thinking how in the world she got there.

Putting her face, whatever is 'hip',
her true self buried deep.

Inside she's always been a fighter,
now not even her can save her.

She's now obsessed with her hair,
an ultra ego SHE can't even bare.

To see what she's become,
to see how society has turned her,
makes me glad I didn't drown,
I survived the stupidity of or time...

    Its a part of life, for people to change. But some people change for others, to fit in and they fall to conformity. What you're saying got me thinking. People get to a point where who they've changed into, they dont even like themselves. So thanks for posting this one :)
