Off to a bad start

I'm off to a bad start
already alone, already sad
already by myself
in a land i know nothing about
a land of strangers
who seem to know me
yet shun me from their world
a land of inadquacy
and decpetion and hate
a land that scares
every bone in my body
and makes me feel
as if no matter what i do
no matter what i say
I will never be one of them
in this land i know nothing about
