Repeating Yesterday

Memories cover my mind at this lonely night,
Heat my soul and blacken my eyes
Will stay up until sun spreads its first light;
I will be repeating yesterday with photographs.

Became a motionless within a coward inside

Hitting my fingers to my decrepit guitar to play our song,
My soul taking me back to live again our first kiss
Now I will tell you why I was being dreamy all day long;
I was repeating yesterday since I learned you couldn't love me.

Held your warm hand and looked at you for the last time,
Never thought death can be that near of me in just a few hours
Now I have to put an end to this poem for you that is well-rhymed;
I wish I could repeat yesterday yet I have been missing you.
