    "I am a hero.
I took lives and tortured many for those arrogant enough to view life as
No more than a market where innocent lives bring profit."

Ive been waiting for a poem like this. Its so messed up that the people who torture and kill people in wars are viewed as "heroes." But why? How can killing someone be viewed as being heroic? More so I believe that they should be seen as survivers of attrocities not heroes. I really liked this poem though, Im guessing its got something to with the Anzacs. Im australian too.

My thoughts exactly. I am Australian.
I've never really thought about things like anzac day untill now and although I have empathy for those lost at war I have a passionate hate for the praise soldiers still receive. There are many un recognised heros doing more good in the world than FIGHTING FOR PEACE ever could.
War has always been about economics. Our society is honestly that shallow that we are willing to bargin with lives.
    I despise it.

    Thnx for your comments!
