the timing must be right,
before I lay myself on the line,

perfect before I can say it,
perfectionist on my poetry,
every moment must be,
planned perfectly,
down to the last kiss,
I'm a perfectionist,
the words must fit,
and be well-thought out,
before I can just come out,
and tell you how I feel,
every emotions; everything,
perfect; down to the last feeling,
I must let you know it all,
but the time has to be right,
I'm a perfectionist about,
the way I feel about you,
if I don't get every feeling down perfectly,
I may not be able to tell you,
how I truly feel when I think about you,
I'm being a perfectionist,
about loving you,
because you deserve the best,
so I'm trying to make it perfect,
let's just say I'm a perfectionist,
especially with the way I feel about you.
