Wasted Dreams

by jazmine   Jun 25, 2007

She watched him kiss that girl.
Deep inside she was hurting.
She wished she could let go of him in real.
Tired and sick of pretending,
it didn't matter how many lips he kissed.
She cries herself to sleep every night,
as she watches her dreams being wasted.

As he presses his lips against that girl's,
he realizes what it felt like when he first kissed her.
He turns around to see her, but she already left.
He realized it didn't matter to her anymore.
He tried his best to stay strong
He tried to give up on her
But it's not easy to watch your dreams being wasted.

She opens the old album which she had decorated.
She couldn't stop the tears as she went through the pics.
The photo reminded her,
what it felt like beside him.
All the rough memories seems to haunt her.
But its time she face the hard fact of life.
He will never be back. Its nothing but wasted dreams.

As he walks pass her house.
He imagines her looking at him through the window.
But its the fifth time he walked pass her house.
She never seems to come near the window now.
Pain so fresh and real, as he watch his love sailing away
Wished he could burst into her house,
fall down on his knees and beg her to forgive him.
But its too late now, she's one of his wasted dreams.
