The Guilty Man

by Leah   Jun 25, 2007

Walk the walk of fate
Given the look of the worlds hate
Why did you do it
You pulled the trigger
You built your own grave
You made it bigger

Silence to the man who killed his own child
Something so tender
A soul so mild
You did this
You did this for the pain
You shall be known by this name

Walk the walk of a thousand men
This is your last
Lucky number ten
As you walk your hand on the knife
They're giving you the chance to take your own life

One nick
One stab
One bleeding cut
One last thing before the door will shut

What were you thinking as a guilty man?
You did this
Just because you can?

The mind of a guilty man who killed
Killed the daughter of Eve
His soul will visit hell
But will it ever leave?
Will it ever...

Well done my friend your about to die
Did you enjoy seeing her cry?

Walk the walk of a thousand men
This is your last
Lucky number ten
As you walk your hand on the knife
Go on take your life
This is the point you realize
S**t your stuck
What you thinking now?
Oh f**k!!

Very powerful poem, full of emotion. you keep writing and expressing how you feel as great poetry can be expressed in all forms, sad, emotional, dark, whatever. kep the good work up, i myself write alot of very dark poetry and get told that my work is not happy poetry!, it dos'nt matter what others say, its my work and i express it my way, as you should keep doing, best wishes. bek
