Life in a Bottle

by Lemonbread   Jun 29, 2007

Living inside this bottle
It's became cosy
Inside my little castle
I call it home

I felt secure
Inside my little cage
I didn't have to endure
Anything from the world

No one could hurt me
Yet no one could no me
But you would agree
I want to be safe

I hid in a my bottle
Away from the world
I grew up
Knowing nothing at all

I wasn't ready
When they broke my bottle
My trust was unsteady
Being used to my bottle

I didn't know a lot
When I came out
Distraught
With confusion

I came to my feet
Life treats me as nothing
I want to retreat
Back to my little castle

But the bottle is broken
Glass shattered everywhere
Where can I hide from this godforsaken
World?

You dont have to stand behind something to be unnoticed, just put on your old Halloween mask 5/5 peace to your troubled soul
