Change Your Mind.

by Teria   Jun 30, 2007

Change Your Mind.

He died instantly,
such a fatal death.
A mind too rational
for a human brain.
Solid and sturdy,
with nothing left.
Perhaps the book
he read yesterday.
But, a life not lived
a breath not breathed
a walk not walked,
and a soul not whole.
I heard that's why
you took him away..
But, if you change your mind..
He'll change his ways.

Short and concise but that is in its favour. both of you poems i have read now have great endings. often poets start off great but the end is the let down. yours however are not. xoxo

Short and sweet, this is great. You managed to express so many things with those precise words. I can say it just superb and very well penned. 5/5 all the way. Tc
