Fighting, crying friends

Friendships between two don't last long,
Especially when one is long gone.
Their stupid job and stupid boyfriend,
Means there is no time for a best friend.
We met three years ago but sometimes life takes a turn for the worst,
And all we did was fight and curse.
The last time we talked we ended up crying,
And the next day she ended up dying.
