It's Pretty Sad

by x Mo x   Jul 2, 2007

Look into his eyes.
Listen to his thoughts.
He's living in lies,
A life full of knots.

He almost died at birth.
Neither parent cared
But his sister knew his worth.
And she gave all she dared.

Two years later was worse.
The boy met with death again.
A child's life long curse.
He's been through more than most men.

Now at age four
With no mom or dad
His sisters can't take it anymore,
They want him to have better than they had.

The sweetest little boy
Has a rough life.
He has enough toys,
But hes got more strife.

When you look at his smile
You can't imagine his life is bad.
But when you see past his style
You will see that it's pretty sad.

~A poem about my little brother. I love you Chandler.~
