WOW wonderfully written poem, excellent choice of words and it was expressed very well ,
This magical place is full of laughter and smiles,
there is no evil or sadness i can recall.
For it exists only in my mind,
i wish it to be a safe haven for all.

Sweet poem, like the words.
One sugestion: maybe you could use a comma instead of 'and'
"you will be happy, safe and joyful as can be"
I think that's better for the flow.
As for the rest I think it's a very nice, sweet poem.
