Dearest Friend

by Stacey de Luna   Apr 23, 2004

I'm here without you,
My dearest friend
I don't think I'll make it
Until the very end
You've been gone for a while
But you are still on my mind
I didn't want you to leave
But I guess we ran out of time
Those evil men took away
Such a young and innocent soul
What they did is un forgivable
Their hearts are just like coal
I want you here with me
I cannot live this life
Now all I really need
Is my little precious knife
I cut so big
I cut so deep
It hurt a lot, but I remember now
This pain I will not keep
I will see you soon,
My dearest friend
For now my own life
Is at its very end
