As the clock ticks on and my life goes by,
Events happen and people die.
As life carries on through day and night,
My torch burns on this so holy light.
God seeks down and keeps watch over me,
To keep me safe and happy as can be.
When my heart skips a beat,
My fire fades and life ends at my feet.
I now know I am safer up here,
Free from trouble, hurt and fear.

Just take a look around this manly hood.
Never will I leave you to pull through on your own,
Because by your side is my loving home.
You may not yet know but heaven really does exist,
