Betrayed

Some days last
other days past
memories fade
but new ones are made

you make new friends
your old ones left forever
you will change
but you think you will never

this feeling is weird
from being someone traded
you feel the world betrayed you
because you are being hated

it comes and goes
what will happen
who knows
who cares

it suddenly fades
you become more tense
you feel your about to bust
it makes no sense

you then calm down
its all gone
the lights went out on you
but they came back on

you have hope in thought
but you just cant reach
your reaching higher and higher
it makes no sense

now you feel squished
and you cant move
you feel desolated
i think.. i think.. you finally made it

you put faith in your self
and tried harder and harder
nobody was there
nobody to care

you lifted your self
to reach where you went
you blink once.. open your eyes
a present to you was sent

you take a breath
you look around
fall back
and you hit the ground

it wasn't hard but it was gentle
dust starts to fall
silence for a moment
then you hear a call

you look around
then you realize
what was on the ground

it was you
the present too
your the only one
who ever knew

you knew people have feelings
and people don't care
that only one with true feelings
are the only ones their

and even though you will be betrayed
your still to smart
and no matter what ever happens to you
believe that some people are good at heart
