I can't take the mental pain
i'm not strong enough.
Too much is happening at once,
Please make it stop.
The physical pain relaxes me.
Takes my mind away from everything.
As the knife cuts my leg
I feel free once again.
I hide it,
I don't do it for attention.
I don't do it to bleed
OR to kill myself,
I just want to feel the pain
To make my mind stop wondering.
